Meet Mr. Nitin Arora, a distinguished resident of East Delhi, and his lively family of five. With an exquisite taste that mirrors the opulent charm of Dubai, Mr. Arora envisioned a home that radiates luxury and sophistication in every corner. This is the story of how Le Epique transformed his dream into a splendid reality at his residence County 107, Noida.
The Challenge
From the onset, Mr. Arora expressed his preference for a golden theme—a design that not only exudes grandeur but also aligns with the highest standards of luxury. He wanted a unique and distinct aesthetic for his home, one that would stand out as a testament to high-end, personalized living. Le Epique faced the exciting challenge of not just meeting but exceeding the lavish expectations set by Mr. Arora.
Design Process
Le Epique’s journey with the Arora family began with an in-depth understanding of their preferences and lifestyle needs. The process involved multiple iterations, with the final mood board perfected after two to three attempts, ensuring every detail resonated with Mr. Arora’s vision. The breakthrough came with our 3D visualizations, which Mr. Arora and his family loved, and which set the blueprint for the actual execution on-site.
Execution of the Dream
True to Mr. Arora’s vision, each piece of furniture and every design element was curated to be unique and luxurious. Special attention was given to golden inlays and expansive layouts that make each room not just a space but a statement of elegance. As envisioned, the residence came together as a stunning embodiment of a Dubai-esque palatial home, with every nook reflecting a golden glow of lavishness.
